MeetOura never sees your brokerage username or password. All broker connections are established through SnapTrade, a regulated OAuth brokerage aggregator. Your login stays strictly between you and your broker — we only receive a scoped access token.
When you connect a broker account, MeetOura starts in read-only mode. Trade execution requires an explicit, separate permission upgrade that you control in your settings at any time. You can revoke trade permissions instantly.
All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3. Access tokens at rest are encrypted using AES-256. Sensitive fields are never logged in plaintext and are isolated in scoped, encrypted storage.
MeetOura runs on SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure. We employ strict network segmentation, automated secret rotation, and regular penetration testing to keep your data safe.
SnapTrade is a regulated, SOC 2 Type II certified brokerage aggregation layer used by hundreds of fintech applications. When you connect your broker, you authenticate directly on your broker's website — MeetOura never intercepts your credentials.
The access token returned to MeetOura is scoped to the permissions you grant and can be revoked from your broker's settings at any time, instantly cutting off all access.
