We collect: (a) account information you provide, such as name, email, and — if you connect them — phone number and Discord ID; (b) portfolio and brokerage data, including accounts, positions, and balances, obtained through SnapTrade when you connect a broker; (c) usage and device datagenerated as you interact with the Service; and (d) communications such as chat messages and voice-call interactions with Oura.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and provide the Service — monitoring your portfolio, generating alerts and analysis, placing trades you authorize, delivering voice and messaging communications, processing billing, providing support, and improving and securing the Service.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following processors strictly to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

• SnapTradeSecure brokerage connections and portfolio/holdings data (OAuth — we never receive your broker credentials).
• ClerkAuthentication and account management.
• StripeSubscription billing and payment processing.
• TwilioWhatsApp and voice/SMS messaging delivery.
• DiscordOptional Discord account linking and chat/voice delivery.
• AlpacaMarket news and price data used for analysis.
• Google (Gemini) and DeepSeekLarge-language-model providers that power Oura. Relevant context — which can include your portfolio holdings — is sent to these providers to generate analysis and responses.

In particular, note that to power Oura's analysis, relevant portfolio context is transmitted to third-party large-language-model providers. We do not control these providers' independent data practices; review their policies for details.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention windows for specific data categories will be detailed in the published policy.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your account settings, which removes your stored profile, brokerage links, and related records. 6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our providers (such as Clerk and Stripe) use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and core functionality. The Service does not currently use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest and other safeguards to protect your data, and we never receive your brokerage credentials. Learn more on our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection laws.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
